Unfortunate experience. Service was very slow, specifically a gentleman with very poor customer service skills; no greeting, no communication, barely spoke. Our order took 25 minutes, and although the older gentleman apologized as we waited, it still didn’t make up for the delay. They still forgot to give us a lemonade, and the employee did not seem happy when we asked for it. The house was not packed and a few patrons left after becoming impatient with the service. Food was good, but as a family running around in the evenings, we do not have time to spare in this fashion.
i went today around 2:50 and the two girls working there were or seem kind of lost… they also gave me these burnt cinnamon bread really burnt not enjoyable
I’ve visited this location several times. The first time I came, everything was good, and I enjoyed the experience. However, the third and fourth visits were disappointing because the drinks were very watery and lacked flavor. On the positive side, the customer service has always been great — the staff is friendly, attentive, and kind. I hope the drink quality improves because the service is definitely a strong point. Visit was on 2/6/26
