This place has excellent hibachi!! The people are also very nice. It's a food truck, but they answer the phone number listed in Google. Order ahead because EVERYTHING is made fresh.
I had an excellent experience at Japanese Cowboy in Gainesville. I ordered the hibachi chicken with fried rice and noodles, and it was absolutely exquisite. Everything was cooked perfectly, flavorful, and fresh. You can really tell they take pride in the food they serve. The service was just as impressive—friendly, welcoming, and very fast. The owners made us feel right at home, which made the whole experience even better. It’s always great to find a place where the atmosphere is as good as the food. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend Japanese Cowboy to anyone looking for great hibachi and wonderful service.
One of the best places I've eaten at in a long time. Ordered my food via delivery so didn't get to check out the building but that will be next.
