The cocktails tasted great and were reasonably strong for the $10 price tag; the decor was very upscale. The rating is only 3 stars because there were only 6 customers while we were there and it took so long to get our drinks that we almost left before they arrived. The attitude of the staff was very lackadaisical, otherwise we would have probably stayed for many drinks instead of only one.
This place was definitely out of my comfort zone but I am so glad I experimented as it is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Florida. The uptown decor with the classy casual atmosphere add an element of sophistication to every dining experience. The wait staff knows the menu extremely well, answer questions readily and eagerly, and go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The specials are out of this world. The ingredients are fresh and combined in ways you wouldn't have thought of but have no regrets about. My favorite drink which I will always and forever recommend is the "Slap & Tickle" with jalapeno infused vodka and pineapple - I say it's catchphrase should be "it hurts but I kinda like it".
Love Jackson Social! Whether you're in the mood for brunch, dinner or just cocktails, it's a fun and enjoyable restaurant with a great ambiance. My husband and I went to enjoy an after-dinner drink and dessert on Saturday. Sat at the bar and had great service thanks to our bartender, Faith. Everything was incredible and can't wait to go back!
