Very nice and welcoming. The best customer service experience I have had in a while. The food flavor is very Delicious. If looks for great Jamaican meal I recommend it 😋.
me and my friend came to try this place the first thing is the guy didnt explain the combos so our total came out to be 50$ then we took only 2 bites of each thing and it was terrible, chicken didnt taste seasoned, the mac and cheese was MUSH, and the cabbage didnt even taste seasoned either and the rice made me GAG. we was highly disappointed with the food and price, we tried to get a refund since he was already being rude and gave terrible food, he started to YELL AT US which i got all on recording and we just left and tossed the food anyways cus it was infact not edible to us anymore but its not about the food its how you treat customers that make them wanna come back the food just so happened to suck EDIT: responding, so once again we recorded the interaction when asked for a refund with a regular calm tone and yall heard me perfectly fine but the response was literally yelling and theres other reviews of you guys being hostile sooo and yeah you explained the sides when we questioned why it wasnt in with combo and it was fixed im not lying about anything that happened yall didnt explain nothing upfront when we was obviously confused but okay once again interaction was recorded and was very clear the male was rude the lady infact was polite. if google allowed videos i would post it on here but it doesnt sadly. and the guy didnt explain nothing he told us straight up to not buy food we arent gonna eat and to EAT IT AND LEAVE we came back within 5 minutes its on video once again.
I got the jerk chicken combo with cabbage, rice, and sweet plantains. I tried eating it all in one sitting but lucky to have leftovers because the food is delicious! Picture has a red tint because it was taken under a red tent. Thank you for a filling and delicious meal.
