Meat is over a week old and refrigerator barely keeps things at a proper temperatures. Means all customers are eating old meat that has sat out for a day or 2. Cheese is never wrap or sealed properly. Im surprised no one has gotten extremely sick from here. Please do not compare this place to Chamberlains cause it is NOT. When Gary ran that spot the food was AMAZING. Now that nasty lady runs it and could care less about the people. All she cares about is money. The food sucks, the service sucks and id rather eat at Arby's
Terrible customer service. Fries were soggy. Beef was tough as hell and could break your jaw.
This is the place to go if you want to be scolded and spoken to rudely. I don’t care if they served the best food on the planet, save your money. The chicken shop across the way had amazing food and customer service. I talked about this place to another family member, they told me about an experience they had witnessed as well where the establishment scolded a veteran in a wheel chair for attempting to sit at one of their tables. He purchased food from the location they share the hallway with that only has bar stools and he was unable to use them due to being in a wheelchair. The guy with eye brow pierced, snapped at my family over sitting in their seating area when my mom was a CUSTOMER of theirs. My husband and I ate at the location across and had no intention of sitting there to begin with.
