11 months agoI had the falafel bowl, and the lentil soup. The Jerusalem salad was OK 8/10. The hummus was the worst part. It wasn’t necessarily nasty. It was just meatier taste. I don’t know if it was cumin or what 6/10. The pita bread was all right 8/10. Falafels weren’t the best, but at least they weren’t hard 7/10. The rice was cooked right? But not very seasoned 7.3/10. The lentil soup was all right. I did notice a lot of water with it. I am not sure if it just diffused that way because of the lentils. When you miss it, it is slightly thicker 8.9/10. Very kind, staff attention to detail. I just wish the hummus was better. That is one of the main parts of dishes! Hey, if you guys are reading this Potbelly’s sandwich shop literally has better hummus!

2 years agoI came here with my friend 11/25/23 and I just wanna state the food is so delicious 😌 the customer service was absolutely impeccable, the atmosphere was quite, the seating was arranged well and the place was clean. This would be a great date spot. I can’t believe I’ve been in Chicago for more than a decade and I’ve never been here. Definitely now at one of my top middle eastern restaurants to eat in the city 🌆 me and my friend started off with the lentil soup and some Jerusalem tea ☕️ the lentil soup 🥣 was just what me needed in November chilly weather and the tea was freshly made up to the serving plate for it was beautiful. I ordered the chicken kebab entree and loved it! The portions are generous. Great dining place.

3 years agoThis restaurant is spacious, has delicious food and good customer service. I recommend the chicken kabobs, falafel, and lentil soup. Unfortunately I did not get a picture of the falafels- they disappeared rather quickly. :)

3 years agoQuiet ✅ peaceful✅ chill✅ clean✅ friendly✅comfy✅ reasonable price✅ Food ✅✅✅✅✅✅😊 I love the lamb chops! Well i enjoyed every bite of what we ordered. Very generous servings that we had to take them home with us 😊😊 and yes they are freshly cooked! 😊 2 thumbs up!

6 years agoHeal your soul: Top quality, healthy, made on the spot, fresh food. Ive been to 5-star restaurants where the food wasnt this good, top notch attention to detail with every dish I tried! Id give 6 stars if I could! Very friendly and welcoming service from Ahmed. Their Baklava is to die for❤ We will be coming back soon :)
