9 months agoThe baked tater was large and in charge with tons of pork covered in bbq sauce and melted cheese. Definitely a full meal on its own. Also had a rack of ribs and the bones literally slide out clean. They are nicely seasoned served with sauce on the side. Lucky to have something like this in such a small town.

a year agoWe were really hungry and probably would have been happy with anything. We weren't in the mood for Mexican however and we were about to lose hope when Fat Boys popped up. Any place called Fat Boys has to be good IMO. Anyhoo, bbq is always a welcome choice. We were too late for brisket but were assured the ribs were fall off the bone tender and they were. The heart attack with all the fixins was more than my man could handle even tho he was starving. Before and after photos attached.

2 years agoExcellent BBQ. Had the Heart Attack (Baked Potato with butter & sour cream, topped with pulled pork). The baked beans and coleslaw were very delicious as well. The owner was outstanding... very friendly and great to talk to, which in my opinion adds to the positivity of a visit.

3 years agoAmazing place to eat. The best bbq brisket I've ever had. The sides are top notch and you get a TON of food. Banana pudding is a must have also. Staff is very nice. We have been a few times and always talk with the owner and learn new things about the area. I only took one picture and it was a meal my wife and I split so it's only half of the amount that's normally on one plate. Best place in town!

3 years agoThis is a nice little restaurant in historic downtown St. Paul. Great place to stop after some hiking or floating the Clinch River. The staff was very friendly and took great care of us. The BBQ was tasty and the service was quick. Definitely need to give them a visit.

3 years agoHands down the best pulled pork and baked potato I’ve ever had. & the environment sets it apart from everywhere else. No matter where you’re from the staff here make you feel like you’re back in your hometown. So thankful we found this place! We’ll be back.

Edited 3 years agoTHE GOOD: Unbelievable...just everything we had - and we tried almost all of it over the course of 2 meals. The meats are smoked right behind the place, daily, and tended to constantly. Smoky, moist, textured deliciousness. The sides [faints] are unbelievably good...everything...just pick one and enjoy. Hands-down the best potatoe salad i've ever had, and I'd tell my mother that b/c she would agree. Great, great staff - Great, great atmosphere - Great, great ownership - Clean establishment - Easiest 5 stars I've ever given on a google review. THE BAD: There's not one of these in London, KY

4 years agoWow. That is how I would describe this place. The food is awesome, you have to go here if you are in town. Jeff Boothe the owner was super, he sat out with us between customers and made us all feel at home. I had the Heart Attack Baked Potato with BBQ and baked beans. It is incredible. My wife had BBQ Chicken Sandwich, baked beans and potato salad. We then had banana pudding. His employee that took our order has been there 1 day less than him. She was super attentive to us as well. It is a place that when you leave you feel like you have known them for a long time. Jeff thank you for the experience!!
