If you're looking for a home-cooked, family business with good food, Joel's is definitely worth a visit! Hidden gem of Lubbock
Today was i first time trying joels after church and it was awesome loved everything about menudo was spot on service was great friendly people it was great!! highly recommend joels thank you guys fir the wonderful experience.
It was kind of a surprise to see Joel's in the middle of a residential area. We enjoyed our breakfast there, really great traditional breakfast, with Kool-Aid!!! The kool-aid was so good! I loved it with my breakfast, very nostalgic 😃 Tortillas are homemade & very delish, we got some Sopa just so that we could try it, & it was so awesome!! Just like how my Grandma used to make 😊 and it can definitely be an entree by itself with some warm homemade Tortillas! Yum! The service was just really welcoming and attentive. The service if I could give 10 stars I would. I definitely will be back for breakfast at anytime but I do want to try some lunch entrees as well. I do highly recommend Joel's for breakfast! And I'll update when I am able to enjoy lunch at Joel's. You won't regret your trip there!
