Visiting Miami and ordered food through Uber Eats, and they never delivered my food and charged me TWICE, almost $100! Now I’m trying to contact Uber Eats support team and they are asking me to contact Joeys Pizza, yet can’t get a hold of them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
This place is not real- it’s not a pizza place they don’t sell food. They get your money from Uber then never respond or deliver don’t order. They use their own drivers and no Uber so Uber tries to tell you to call the restaurant to deal with the issue but the number does not work. You can get a refund you just have to keep reporting it on the app.
I recently made an order with this restaurant and it was horrible!. The delivery time isn’t accurate and they don’t answer the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
