This is a great restaurant to get food from. Tons of great options to choose from. I recommend the fried chicken, macaroni, and sweet potatoes. Everything was excellent. The service was great they are really nice people. They take only cash app or cash so come prepared.
Funny, I googled "where can I get some smothered porkchops, greens and mac & cheese NOW?" Johanna Cafe popped up. I got in my car, googled directions 6 minutes away and thought the place was closed because the neighboring establishments were no longer there; however, to my pleasant surprise I went in, asked what was on today's menu and Melanie quoted exactly what I was craving and YES it was good. My tastebuds are satisfied and I have a new nearby soul food option. Thumbs up Johanna's! Signed by Tammi ;-)
This food was so good. I got the itis after eating it. It was flavored well and seasoned. I ate and watched the game. The owner was friendly. The best food comes from spots that look like this. Def will be on my regular rotation.
