Closed! Even though the website said it was opened. The place shut down.
I recently dined at Joya Kitchen and tried two Dominican classics—the Chimi and the Yaroa. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the bread used in the Chimi, but it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were spot-on, and the bread complemented the sandwich perfectly. As for the Yaroa, it was absolutely perfect! The combination of melted cheese, crispy fries, and tender pork created a mouthwatering experience. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. Overall, Joya Kitchen delivered an authentic and delicious Dominican experience, and I highly recommend it!
Joya Kitchen in Miramar it's AMAZING! Their Chimi is easily the best I've had—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor. And the pork Yaroa? A dream come true! Creamy, savory, and packed with the perfect blend of spices, it’s a must-try for anyone looking for a taste of true Dominican street food. The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff at the front to the chef who came out personally to answer our questions. Their attention to detail and commitment to great food made the entire experience unforgettable. Right now they are a takeout and delivery place, but I hear they’re considering expanding—I can’t wait! If you’re looking for amazing Dominican food, Joya Kitchen is a great place to be!
