How this place keeps business is beyond me. Brisket was dry, sausage was really dry. Potato salad was hot garbage. Beans tasted like they were right out of the can. Banana pudding was okay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog. They should definitely figure something else out to do with their time
Probably some of the worst barbecue I’ve ever had. Took an order to go. Ribs were frozen. Let them thaw reheated them and so tough. They were inedible. Brisket was dry. Barbecue sauce tasted like it came out of a bottle. The “ Special” Potatoes were horrible. On a good note, The mustard potato salad and banana pudding were good. Love to support local, small businesses, but will not be going back.
Little food truck off the side of the road. They have tables outside but also a dining area inside the wearhouse next to the Truck with plenty of space and seating as well as very clean restrooms. I got the combo sandwich with potato salad. The sandwich was thick in brisket and sausage and the bbq sauce was amazing! The potato salad was also very good. The lady who attended us was welcoming from the moment we drove up.
