This is not about the food quality but about blatantly charging my card erroneously. Being told that my total was $15, I handed my credit card over. At that point, the owner should have stated it did not include that tax, however this is still not my issue. My AMEX sent me a text stating I spent $16.05. I shrugged it off as it was probably the tax or a service fee that was not stated to me until the receipt came and it was a grand total of $18.46 because he tipped himself. Upon calling I was told I must have chose this option, I did not as he ran the card and handed it back to me stating all way good. I never signed for anything. However there is a line crossed at the signing and there is a tip. I am not cheap by any means and yes it only $2.46, but it is my choice and it was not given to me. I feel robbed and violated by this transgression and I will NEVER go here again! Oh by the way I did call and was offered a refund if I came to them to get or if I had another app in which they could sent it to me. I declined. I hope that $2 was worth it! I AM DISGUSTED!! I would give a zero on that alone!
