Way to much rice, not enough meat and not enough vegetables for the price. The meat was also dry. It looks like a lot of food but when you get home and put it on a plate. The vegetables were just a scoop. I have enough rice left over for today’s lunch’s and dinner. I will Just cook my own meat and vegetables. I will Not be returning way to expensive and customer service is not the best.
I love this place. It’s very convenient, especially for late night hibachi. The gentleman who took my order over the phone and serviced me at the food truck was very friendly. My order was on time and correct.
Called and placed an order at 9:08pm. Initially wanted a Ny Strip trio but they just ran out of Ny strip and only had filet. Wanted to know the price difference, asked the lady taking the order and her response was “I don’t know, I’m not actually at the truck I just take the orders.” Got a 25 min ready time. Didn’t make it to pick up my order until 9:46 pm(more than 25 mins) AND THEY HAD NOT EVEN RECEIVED MY ORDER AT THE TRUCK! What a waste of time and what a disappointment. So glad I asked if my order was ready BEFORE handing my card over. YALL NEED TO DO BETTER! This is the 5th time that I personally know about that this has happened. Smh!
