2 months agoI ordered one barbacoa, two guiso tacos and two large Pepsi's, which I was charged $29. I'll never go to Julio's again. Way overcharging great customers.

4 months agoIf I could give 0 stars I would Went there 15 mins before they close and they couldn’t make me a cheeseburger they didn’t want business or my money. I’ll be going somewhere else next time

6 months agoI haven't been in here for years because of last times horrible service service last time. This morning I waited with my daughter and wife for 10 minutes while the two female workers were trying to fix a mistake in drive thru while the girl was trying to talk to her friends from the counter screaming towards the drive thru and my family was being ignored. One of them began making our first burrito and got distracted while our food sat there getting cold. Instead of helping us they started working on the next order in drive thru. It took 10 minutes for 2 burritos. I list my appetite and didn't order. We were the only customers. No wonder the place is empty. Worst Julios ever on 29th street.

8 months agoWe stopped here on our way to San Antonio to order breakfast, we waited at the drive through approximately 20 minutes which was inconvenient for our drive. Food was good but then I got a burrito that was very messy to eat and their salsa was packaged in plastic bag that was impossible to open once we got it open unless you had a knife or scissors otherwise it would just spill if you opened it with your teeth. 4 years agoLuckily the food was good because the customer service was absolutely terrible. Dora is who helped us, she had a nasty attitude the whole time and sold us a coffee knowing they were all out. There was also a child hanging out in the back, I am assuming he belonged to one of the workers. Please provide Dora with additional training on how to treat paying customers, having an attitude at 9 am is just not it.

Edited a year agoDirty establishment. Drive thru people get ignored even when they have no customers (like today) and don't get me started on the tip jar in a drive thru! 0 of 10 do not recommend.

8 years agoWent through the drive through asked for a burrito plate and asked if they could go light on the peppers and onions and i feel like they purposely put more than normal! There were more veggies than meat...

8 years agoAwesome food and very relaxing. Big TV and plenty of fans going so it's never hot. Only place where my son doesn't pick at his food. Salsa Bar!
