The environment is consistently uncomfortable — strong, off-putting odors, poor ventilation inside makes you question the cleanliness of the operation. Add a hostile, dismissive attitude at the counter and this place becomes an easy skip for anyone.
Ordered online. When my uber driver went, they said I already picked up. I never went there. They kept saying I went and picked up in person. Then said they are too busy. Why take orders if you can’t make it???? I was told by the driver and they that I was lying. I was eagerly waiting for my food and then they ruined everything. Uber did refunded me though. But not ordering again!
I walked in to the store, the cashier was on the phone and didn't pay any attention to me for a while. They ruined everything for me with their rude behavior and bad service. The guy was not using gloves while cooking. When I pointed this, he got mad. I asked for ketchup and hot sause for my fries and burger, he said they don't have it, while I could see it there right in front of me.
