Very happy checking this place out on a random Tuesday night in the burbs!!! You gotta go and support your LOCAL Korean market Joong Boo (go here NOT H-Mart) The service was absolutely amazing - Eddie at the register was very helpful and hooked us up! Got a K-Bowl- the bugolgi was so flavorful and the bowl was really fresh with all the veggies/toppings. Also dumplings were FIRE!! Check it out for sure- such a delicious great way to support local business. When I first saw the $15.99 for the bowl I was a little unsure, but I got SO much quality food. It is so worth it!!!
K Grill is a hidden gem. Great owners and staff. Eddie was fantastic to talk to and walked us through the menu as first time customers. Will 100% be coming back. Ton of food with your order and free soup while you wait!
This is my first time ordering from here. We had one beef bulgogi and one spicy chicken platter. It came with a side of kimchi, salad with an Asian dressing, and on a plate of rice. The food was very tasty. Very tender and perfectly seasoned. Our only point of contention was the person behind the counter. Not one hello, no help in understanding the menu, he kept rushing us. Very poor hospitality. However, I’ll definitely give this place another try. The food was that good.
I was having a bad day and the guy behind the counter made everything feel better whether he knew it or not. The volcano bulgogi burger was impressive to look at and the taste was great!!! The complimentary soup was simple broth with rice and green onions. The flavour was clean and you could taste the hint of the bones that helped make the stock.
We’ve tried K-Grill multiple times, and they consistently provide high-quality meat. Everything is juicy and flavorful. I love their galbi plate, which comes with rice, kimchi, and salad, along with perfectly marinated kalbi. They also offer great vegetarian options, including the veggie bibimbap. We ordered catering from K-Grill for my son's birthday party—bulgogi, dumplings, and salad—and it was a big hit! Their portions were very generous, too. Their fusion tacos and dessert waffle ice cream are also must-tries. It is one of my top favorite Korean BBQ restaurants in the U.S.
It was my first time here. I ordered the K Bowl with Bulgogi, rice, egg and sweet chili sauce. It was delicious and flavorful! The free soup was also tasty. It was a big portion as well. I'd definitely come back to try another entree.
K Grill is one of the restaurants in Joong Boo’s food court. Everything on the menu looked delicious so we chose it for lunch. We ordered the bulgogi platter, bulgogi and spicy chicken platter, and bulgogi kimchi fries. Everything was so delicious- meats were flavorful and plentiful. The platter’s come with rice, salad, and kimchi. Portions were ample and taste was delicious.
This is my first time here and I’m not disappointed. The K Cheesesteak is phenomenal. Great balance of flavor and enough to share. The bulgogi dumplings are fantastic, very flavorful with a great crisp. And the shrimp were evenly cooked with a good dipping sauce. If you’re in the area you need to give them a try. If you’re not in the area they are worth the drive.
