Incredible place that is yet to be corrupted by Seattle restaurants business. Authentic menu, no bullshit interior, and fantastic food that will take you back to Kabul or Peshawar. We ordered chicken kababs (7 seekhs in one order) , lamb jigger/liver special, and chapli kabab (2 per order plus naan). With drinks and tax, we ended up with a total bill of $49 with tax. Now you guys tell me is there a better value for money restaurant in greater Seattle area? If you want waiters roaming around, fancy interiors but shit food, exorbitant bills, this is not your place.
This is my third time trying something new from their menu. The kebab is delicious! The bolani was slightly under-salted, but the overall quality and generous portions have impressed me more with each order. I highly recommend the food at Kabul Kebab. The staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh and delicious.
Delicious and authentic afghan food, the bolani and kabob were standouts. Portions were generous at a great cost, family was very kind and gracious. A great spot, worth a drive out!
Outstanding Afghan food – a hidden gem! Kabul Kebabs is an absolute gem for authentic Afghan cuisine. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The kebabs were juicy, smoky, and beautifully seasoned—especially the chapli kebab and chicken kebabs, which were tender and incredibly satisfying. The fresh naan was soft, warm, and the perfect complement to the grilled meats. The bolani was crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor, and the green chutney and fresh onion sides tied everything together perfectly. You can truly taste the freshness and care in every bite. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, and the food is clearly the star here. If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Afghan kebabs made right, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!
Extremely delicious and flavourful food. One of the best small local restaurants in whole WA state. In my humble opinion they deserve a Michelin star. Very simple menu, every dish is authentic and worth every cent. Definitely going to visit them again. 11/10 recommend.
Update 3-28-2026 Repeat visit. Just as good! Wish I could give 'm 6 stars... Original review Wow. Come here for the real deal. We had a Nolan (very flavorful), Qabili Palow, and the lamb kabob. The kabob was the star. Very simple menu with 6 dishes only. Don’t come here for a grand atmosphere. Come here for the food and you will not be disappointed. Definite addition to our restaurant list.
The food was very fresh and the quality of the food was amazing. I highly recommend coming here the food was great and large portions for a nice price.
A very small place but food is excellent Juicy chicken kababs and bread with potato filling called bolani: highly recommend. It is family owned and feel like home cooked meal. Two seating rooms each with a couple of tables.
