The food was okay. We got seated, but took like 15 minutes before we even got offered water and another 10 before someone came up to us. I wouldn’t even say we had a designated waiter or waitress. Workers kept passing by us. The food was delivered and no one checked in to see if everything was okay or if we needed a refill. We sat there, and no one asked if we were ready to leave. We almost dine and dashed over how little we were acknowledged. Took like another 20 minutes after we were done before anyone asked if we wanted our check. They offer free fountain drinks upon showing proof that you left a yelp review, which is misleading. Some people could’ve just been there once, seen the service, took advantage of free fountain drinks with the yelp review, and probably decided not to go back.
Great service, LOTS of delicious food. Very generous amounts.
Staff was friendly and the food was amazing. Poke tuna, beef udon, and Cali roll with beef teriyaki. It hot the spot! Make sure to post a pic on yelp for free drink, hit tea or ice cream.
