Food: apparently it's all made from scratch, including the hummus, and even the falafel. There's nothing flash-frozen & re-heated here. These guys don't cut corners at the sake of authenticity. The food is excellent. Good luck finding better med cuisine in NW Florida. Decor: Nothing negative to note. Pretty paintings on the walls, a well-organized bar, and pretty glass hookahs outside. Service: Friendly waitresses, a chef that knows what he's doing, and an owner that cares about his business. I was with of a party of 20 on a Saturday night. They let us order vodka by-the-bottle, lots of beers, red bulls, and a bunch of appetizers/entrees. We stressed their system to the max, and the staff had no problems coping with it. Overall, a positive experience. I'd certainly go back again. They do stop serving food at around 10pm, but the hookahs are open much later, if that's your thing.
