My husband and I went in and we were very impressed for it being our first time there. The tempura shrimp and vegetables were fresh and delectable, the same could be said about the fried dumplings as well. The fried rice portions are very generous and the hibachi meats and veggies are juicy, tender and delicious. The staff are very kind and patient and made our dining experience enjoyable. Overall, I'd love to come back and eat another time.
It comes off as mom and pop Asian cuisine, you can taste the authenticity in the sushi. I only wish the “very spicy” was spicier. But other than that it was delicious and very filling!
Our first time eating in Katana, the food was delicious. Our food was ready fast and portions were pretty big which I think is average for hibachi, I got my other half to go since I was stuffed! The owners were very kind and friendly, our son was enjoying talking to one of them.
