See All ReviewsOrdered pizza scheduled for lunch break at 1230 ordered hours in advance only for it not to be ready 1245 roles around still not done ignored by waitress after asking for service several times. Pizza was under cooked and awful absolutely disgusting 😖 then got hit with a service charge for picking up my own pizza ... locals love it that should tell you all you need to know about this terrible place
A group of us came for a little gathering. We waited a long time before we were served. The waitress forgot a few friends salad order. A couple of us ordered the sesame chicken. It was over cooked, really dry and hard. Also, we noticed that they charged us all a noticeable tip 30% on the receipt. We understand that restaurants may charge a higher gratuity 18% or 20%for a group of six or more. But 30% mandatory is absurd, especially for the food and service they provided.
Worst dining experience EVER!!! Food was good, but that's it. Young kids of employees allowed to run all over the dining room, screaming and chasing each other with tongs used for cooking. Allowed to engage and bother customers. I had enough of it and had to yell at one of them to "Go away" and "leave us alone" when he decided to come to our table and start riding on my husband's knee-scooter while the owner/employee watched. The floor was disgusting. A table next to us with dirty dishes on it for most of our time there. A lady walked in and stood around for 15 minutes to pick up her order. No one showed up to the counter until she pounded on the door to the back yelling...."Hellooooo?!?!". No apologies. Just screaming kids running around a dirty environment and the employees acting like this was their norm.
