Food was very good. I had a lamb kabob. Everything was delicious. A few people working there asked how we liked the food and if everything was good.
Visited on a busy Saturday and was not disappointed. The service was attentive and all staff were friendly and informative. My family shared a number of dishes, all of which were top quality. The platter of mixed kebab featured kefta, chicken, and beef chunks along with various accompaniments (fresh vegetables, flatbread, hummus, etc.). My mansaf was the highlight of the evening: tender lamb shanks and rice cooked in a fermented yogurt sauce that gives both an unbelievable combination of tang and richness. The lamb literally fell off the bone when I picked it up. It's well worth a trip.
My most favorite restaurant in the USA—what more can I say? I lived in Rhode Island and later New York for seven years and loved visiting this place for their mansaf and halawat jibn. No one can beat the taste. I moved to Illinois, and after three years, I returned for a two-day visit to see a friend. The very first place I wanted to go was here. The taste and quality have only gotten better, and I was so glad they recognized me.
