Great food! First time coming here and I wasn't sure what to expect. Are they hot sandwiches? Cold sandwiches? I ordered online and ate at the restaurant. I was greeted by a super pleasant cashier who seemed to be a front of house one woman show. (Taking orders, delivering to tables, filling drinks, etc.) She was supported by some great people in the kitchen because the sandwich and fries that came out were delicious. The cheese was melted and the roast beef warm and still juicy...even the bun was really good and had a buttery taste. I had mine with lettuce, tomato and creamy horseradish. It looked like there were many other options if you wanted Au jus, BBQ or something different. The roast beef sandwiches came in 3 sizes, but the junior had a lot of roast beef and was big enough for me. Even the french fries were well seasoned and really good. Burgers, Reubens, hot dogs and plenty of other choices. It was really good and I'm looking forward to going back. Great service and very clean too!
The gluten-free onion rings were so good! Really liked the GF bun with my roast beef, too. Had a little crunch where it was toasted. I should have asked if the roast beef could be cooked. It was too rare for my liking. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My husband had the buffalo chicken wrap and enjoyed that. Will be back!
I was excited about getting a scallop plate. The $29 price was high, but if the scallops are good, it's worth it. Sadly, mine were not that good. The batter was falling off the scallops making it difficult to dip them in the sauce. The taste was ok. My wife got the clam strips, which she loved.
