Food is under average on Korean restaurant (vs Atlanta Korean town restaurant). It's my first time need to pay for tea in traditional Korean restaurant. It's charge $7. For 1 tea pot with 2 cups(comes way after the food being served). Not acceptable. I think it's more fair on charging tea pot then person. As I order 2 tea and suppose to come with 2 tea pot instead of 1. Being overcharged. When I ask for water refill, it only give me half pot warm water. Disappointed. Service is way below standard. Won't go again.
On a road trip and somewhat randomly ended up stopping here. Pleasantly surprised, all the dishes ended up tasting great and got several dishes to go. Pajan and soondubu were the standouts.
The food is amazing! One of the best food places in Lagrange. Our server, Shaun, was very kind and really went above and beyond with his service and friendliness. I got the soondubu and my boyfriend got the bimbimbap. The soondubu was spicy and hearty and had an amazing flavor. The bimbimbap was tasty and all the ingredients blended well together, especially with the sweet and spicy sauce. All of the banchan is worth a try, even if you're nervous to try it. I was hesitant to try the apple salad but the flavor was amazing and the dressing paired perfectly with the crisp apples. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good place to eat and relax.
