Awful. I just got served 1/2 cooked chicken. The 3 super larger wings was cook in old burn grease. Cook faster than should be. The drumstick and wing would not separate. The meat wouldn't pull easily from the bone. I also had the kale with was truly on point. The cornbread dressing was good, needy gravy, cranberry. Done needs to teach the young man how to fry!
I really love some good soul food. Overall I was satisfied with this place. The turkey wing was pretty solid. The mac & cheese were delicious. And the mashed potatoes were just fine nothing special. My biggest point of complaint was just how expensive it was. Our meals were about $22 each, which is the same price as some table service restaurants but I do understand that rent is probably very high, especially at a place like perimeter mall. I will say I would go here just for the mac & cheese. That’s how good it was.
The smothered turkey wing, mac and cheese, and stewed kale were excellent. The person who served me was so friendly and charismatic, i wish i could have returned that same energy but I was too tired 😅 They're tucked away in the back corner of the food court but make sure you check them out!
