Amazing taste. Customer service needs some updates. Other than that it was good experience. Fresh and worth it.
I don’t believe it’s safe to even eat here. Almost all the meats were deforested and not frozen and also some of the veggies were defrosted and looked soggy. The flavor was maybe 3/4 out of 10 so not terrible but you need spicy and sweet to get that. Definitely not O Tasty but also wanted to give it a try and don’t recommend. Service felt like we were “bothering” them even though no one was in line. Save your money!
WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I got in line an ordered my food. The bowl was made an they started cooking it. I waited and waited and my food never came out. I asked where my food was and they said someone must have taken it. I told them I was standing there the whole time. They said too bad. I asked them to remake it and they refused, I asked for a refund and they refused. Finally the man behind me intervened and stated that he saw me order the food but never received it. They still kept saying not their problem. Finally the older man working there said he would make it again. He barely put anything in it except bean sprouts. It was oily and totally inedible. They were so rude and refused to make it right. All I wanted was the food I paid for or a refund. Don't waste your time or money here!!!!! There are so many wonderful restaurants in the Roseville area with wonderful service!!
