This place is CLEAN. The food is really good, I got the glass noodles and was not disappointed. They also have 4 plantains for $2... Mango sticky rice is such a GREAT DEAL! A WHOLE sliced mango, sticky rice and coconut milk were just sweet enough and so refreshing. I'll be returning when I'm in the area...
Actually the food is ok and not expensive. Atmosphere is tacky. My table was filthy and super sticky from not being cleaned well. Won ton Soup was the best thing I had there even though it was a small portion. Soda is served in a metal can with a straw which is low class. All servers were attentive and helpful. Staff is nice. Parking is tight with few places to park. It wasn't crowded and we could sit where we wanted to. Not the best neighborhood location wise. I cannot return to this establishment. There are many other places that are also local that are worth returning to.
This place is not for faint hearted. They are real Thai family serving Thai food that I found closest to ones I found in Thailand. The grandma serving the food is exceptionally nice and sweet. She fed us like we were family. Thank you for tolerating toddler tantrums and water spills. Please note the spice level is Thai spice level, ie in mild medium and hot, hot is actually 10 on a scale of 1-10. Mango sticky rice is absolutely fantastic.
