See All ReviewsWe’ve been to Kiko Sushi before and had a good experience, so we chose it again for a date night. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty. The same server who helped us on a prior visit told us they could not seat or serve us because the kitchen was “too backed up with to-go orders.” I’ve honestly never experienced being turned away from an empty restaurant for that reason. In my opinion, dine-in customers should be a priority, especially when there is no one else in the restaurant. We ended up leaving and went to Tokyo Tuna instead, where we had a far superior experience and an amazing dinner. It was a stark contrast and very disappointing given our past positive visit to Kiko Sushi.
Showed up at 515pm on a Thursday. Place looks closed. No lights on but the door was unlocked. Theyre only offering to-go orders through a food app. No way to sit down and eat. I went across the street to Miyako's. Kiko is also closed on Mondays which is when I showed up last time. They need to update their hours.
We originally were going to a different place but it had just closed, so we crossed the street to Kiko Sushi and I’m glad we did. The server, who I think might be the owner, was wonderful…so kind and helpful. We ordered 2 rolls and hot tea, the food was so fresh, delicious and priced right. Parking is on the street. It’s definitely a very casual vibe.
