I love their food ESPECIALLY the Arroz con Gandules!!! 🩵🩵🩵 Definitely a hidden Gem 💎
The place looks disgusting. There isn't much room to walk around—and don't even get me started on the kitchen; it's hideous and looks completely abandoned. The woman working the register speaks incredibly loudly—practically shouting. I think I'd be better off going to Dallas, where there's a location that is super organized, easy to navigate, and clean—plus the kitchen is spectacular. The Killen location really needs to move out of that space and into a larger, more accessible venue. The kitchen is horrible, and the store in general is incredibly cramped to walk through; the employees are practically bumping into customers because there simply isn't enough space. It's a total disaster.
The food is sooooo amazing the only down fall is I don’t speak enough Spanish and they don’t speak enough English lol but the food and variety of groceries is the best in the area ❤️
I'm so upset with this place. When they are busy they will give you anything !!! And not what you ask for.. EMPANADILIS chicken dry and hard. GET HOME AND IT WASNT WHAT I ASKED FOR!! VERY DISAPPOINTED. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!!
Hidden gem! Any carribean seasons, foods are there for reasonable price. Hands down this is best place for Spanish, west Indian or Haitian delicacies. They also have restaurant attached for a dinning in experience. This is where I go to find all of my holiday ingredients for cooking. For (Oxtail, curry chicken, soups, jerk, sweet plaintian, JA rice & peas etc)
Lots of variety products and good prices, but unfortunately they didn't have what I needed. Saffron! I tried the "hot-food" could be hotter and cashier needed help to make coffee and take care of hot food customers, too much for one person when busy. 😕
They have so many WIC foods and the staff helps find items that your benefits cover. Lots of variety. Very close to the WIC office as well.
This store has exactly what I like. The abundance of island foods, drinks and teas are more than amazing. I love the imported foods from Jamaica, Haiti and various African countries. I always find what I'm looking for and more when I visit this spot.
