It is new management. The new management can’t take orders correctly. Foods are not the same as the old management.
They make the box smaller so you get less which is fine but if you buy fried pork roll they watch to see if you notice if look away she takes the one at bottom sitting against heat where it’s totally dried out. Understand food cost but also there are health rules regarding how long food can be left out. Rather than give customer burnt pork roll can use y burnt portions for their prepared foods . Instead just throw trash at customer. This place used to be good for many years , definitely find somewhere that appreciates business and not scam customers
Kim Lan Food to Go 7/7/25: This is where I go for Vietnamese nêm nướng. The bánh xèo here is crunchy thin with a decent amount of pork and shrimp too. The down side is that this place is a to-go only food service. The bánh xèo can be reheated to crispness in an air fryer though. My mom would just buy the lettuce and herbs to eat with the bánh xèo at the market there.
