**Kim’s Pho & Grill – Solid Spot with Room to Improve** I recently stopped by Kim’s Pho & Grill and was happy to see they offer a vegetarian pho option—something that’s still not super common at pho places. I really appreciate that they have it on the menu, and it was decent overall. The broth had good flavor depth for a veggie version, the noodles were cooked just right, and it came with plenty of fresh herbs and bean sprouts. It wasn’t spectacular or anything that blew me away, but it was satisfying and hit the spot when I was craving pho without meat. I also ordered the tofu spring rolls, which were nicely done—crispy wrapper, fresh veggies inside, and the tofu was well-seasoned and not dry. They were tasty… until I dipped them in the peanut sauce. Unfortunately, the sauce was super salty and lacked any real sweetness. It tasted more like straight soy or fish sauce with a little peanut thrown in, which threw off the whole balance for me. I ended up barely using it, which was a bummer because the rolls themselves were good. Overall, I’d come back for the vegetarian pho when I’m in the mood, and the service was friendly. But they definitely need to rework that peanut sauce—less salt, more sweetness, and it would be so much better. Solid 3.5/5 for me—promising, but with some tweaks it could be a go-to spot.
It was so delicious and it felt very nice being in the restaurant!! I recommend coming to this place🩷🩷
