These guys are on point. The food was good, the service was outstanding, and most importantly the value was phenomenal. The owner (Ali) is a standup dude; $10 for a burger, fries, and shake. Other restaurant owners charging $18+ for something similar can get bent; they're the reason I don't eat out. Thank you Ali and staff for providing quality food at reasonable prices, and for treating my mother kindly when she went to pick up. They even went as far as to help her carry the items to her car. You guys are awesome and have earned a loyal customer. Jazakum Allahu khayr wa yarzuqkum

I visited King Koney Island on February 28 and the experience was unacceptable. Before driving in drive thru, the outside of the building was a mess. There was visible trash around the property, including large cooking oil boxes left sitting on the ground. The exterior alone raised concerns about how the business is being managed. Inside, it got worse. Staff members were on their phones while working and were not wearing gloves. I personally watched an employee pick up my fries with his bare hands. Handling a cellphone and then touching food without gloves is a serious sanitation issue. After everything learned since COVID, this level of carelessness is inexcusable. The health department should be notified if this is standard practice. The food quality reflected the lack of standards. The Smash Double Cheeseburger was horrible. The fries were greasy and poorly prepared. I have included photos to show the condition of the food. This location needs immediate attention regarding cleanliness, food handling, and professionalism.

I decided to try this Coney Island on 2/20/26 around 10pm. As soon as I walked in, the workers were arguing with each other. One woman kept yelling at the other saying “who you talking to” over and over again, and it honestly looked like they were about to fight. It was very uncomfortable and awkward to walk into that. They did calm her down after a few minutes, but it already gave a really bad first impression. We ordered the special burger deal with wings and egg rolls. The burger and shakes came out in a fair amount of time, and the food we did get was decent. The burger was hot and the shake was good. But my wings never came out. After waiting for a while, we asked the lady twice if the wings were coming. Both times she said fresh ones were coming out soon. We sat there for about 30 minutes waiting and nothing ever came out. No one checked on us, no one apologized, and no one gave us any kind of update. I do want to say the young kid who was serving tables was actually doing an amazing job. He was running around trying to help everyone and bringing food out as fast as he could. The place was packed and it looked like he was one of the only ones really trying to keep things moving. It honestly seemed very overwhelming for him, especially with how busy it was. Also, there were many people coming in vaping inside the restaurant. No one said anything to them. It made the place feel even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. You should not have to deal with people vaping around you while you are trying to eat. The whole experience felt very unorganized and poorly managed. The staff looked stressed and like they did not want to be there. The environment just did not feel welcoming at all. When you go out to eat, you expect basic service, respect, and a clean space, and that just was not there. This place really needs better supervision during late hours because things clearly were not being handled properly. Waiting 30 minutes for food that never came, walking into workers yelling at each other, and people vaping inside is not something I want to deal with again. This was one of the worst Coney experiences I have ever had, and I would not come back after this.
