My boyfriend & I have made this our go to Chinese spot - the food is always great & the service is friendly (:
Bought General Chicken, very hot and spicy with extra broccoli. Not hot & spicy and minimal broccoli that I had to hunt for. Menu listed price $13.+. Charged $15÷ but thought it was for the extra broccoli that I didn't get. Chicken was not crispy on the outside, like it should be and broccoli was soft, overcooked. Asked for hot oil, she threw one in the bag. I asked for two and as she threw second one in she said these are 0.50 cents each but I won't charge you. She said next time you'll be charged. Bottom line: Very disappointed. Way over-priced. There won't be a "next time."
They don’t even have such a simple thing as a restroom. I asked them why - they told me - we work for take out, but on their sign said “Eat in”. Asked them for a cup of hot water - they said they don’t have hot water on their cafe. Horrible service. Do not recommend for visiting this place.
Discovered this place tonight looking for take out for the family on the way from work. The Beef Chow Fun was excellent! Found my new sport for Chinese food !
Always so delicious. I found this place a few months ago, and I order atleast 2x a week now and every single time it's the same and just as good. Consistency is so hard to come by. They are the best.
My go-to Chinese food spot for take away and delivery. The food is always fresh and flavorful but not overpowering; I want to use the term clean to describe their flavor(s). Their portions are very generous regardless of the size ordered and it’s consistent, you always know what you’re taking home with you. They also have really good rice, the consistency is top notch, slightly sticky and cooked to perfection . I recommend the Shrimp w/lobster sauce (I have had better, but it’s good), chix/broccoli, Mongolian beef, any of their curry dishes, and their dumplings (they’re delicious!)
Not from this area but my girlfriend lives in Spring Lake and while staying with her, we had a hankering for Chinese food. She recommended this place for take-out. The woman who works here is extremely friendly and to be honest, that's the thing that keeps customers like me coming back. Got two combination platters for dinner. One was Kung Pao chicken and the other was peanut chicken (which a lot of Chinese restaurants don't offer). The food was very, very good. The egg roll was exceptional. I will absolutely be returning to this restaurant. Excellent food, nice large portions and a warm welcome is all you need to run a successful Chinese restaurant. This one has it all!
tried for the first time in the 20 years that I live here based on several recommendations recently. First of all, I went there for a menu, place was extremely clean! 5 stars automatically for this. Secondly the woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful ( I showed her a pic of something my hunny wanted and she knew exactly what it was) Took the menu, went home, we reviewed it and ordered. Large hot and sour soup, very nicely prepared, veg all chopped up, made it easy to eat and was delicious. Pork lo mean also nicely prepared and tasty. General Tso's Shrimp special dish. Nice large shrimp, great taste, nice size portion. Lastly Hot and spicy Beef. (from the photo). Very good, he added some of their homemade hot mustard for even more kick. Fast delivery (28 minutes on a Saturday night prime time) very hot (temperature) delivered food, tasted great. Will definitely order again.
