5 months agoThe manager has a bad attitude. Almost as bad as the cashier. The food was great. Bacon, eggs and pancakes for around $20. The cashier got an attitude with a customer because he almost walked away without his drink. The manager ignored me when I was trying to order. There wasn't enough space to eat inside. I don't think it's worth going back.

9 months agoI first got the breakfast platter just French toast , turkey scrapple and eggs. The eggs and scrapple was perfect. The French toast was terrible. All for $14.50 I went in the following day for a turkey scrapple egg on a long roll. For $12.45. I don’t understand how 1 sandwich is $12!! And was still charged $1 extra for cheese. Cheese is supposed to come in it automatically!! Just $12 for 1 breakfast sandwich is criminal

a year agoFood is usually good but they have a weird obsession with adding cinnamon to my oatmeal even when I did not select cinnamon. What makes it worse is they have no concept of how strong cinnamon is. They cover the entire top of my oatmeal with the cinnamon… you only need a dash of cinnamon.

a year agoBeing as though I lived in this neighborhood my entire life, I can say that I have never seen this business fall off. They have been a staple since I was young and more than likely beyond that. The food is the exact type of breakfast food you are looking for. Nothing is over cooked or over seasoned. The food is so good, I find it hard to eat the entire platter at times. It is located in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood, so the environment may not be appealing to some. However, there is no denying or questioning their food and the quality.

3 years agoThis was one of the stores on my route to deliver to. We walked in, and it smelled delicious! So while we were waiting for the paperwork as ND money for the delivery, might as well grab some breakfast! I got a platter with two eggs, scrapple, wheat toast, and grits. It also came with a drink. It was fairly priced and it hit the spot. Just writing out this review is making me wish that I had this spot on my route again today!

3 years agoI'vee only had Bacon, egg and cheese but it was delicious and simple all the same. Friends of mine have told me they are a good breakfast spot to visit, and I agree. Of course, I can't say too much about the food, but the people are agreeable, pleasant and easy to talk to.
