This was our first visit 3/8/26. I ordered the Fried Chicken, Ribs, Dressing, Mac-n-Cheese, Greens, Black eyed peas and the red beans and rice and Yams. The food was really good. It was seasoned well. I rate it 4 stars because of the high prices and the portions were small. The staff was very friendly.
Amazing food and super kind service! We tried a bit of everything and it was all super tasty. The baked chicken had great flavor and was incredibly tender and moist. All of our sides, including the collard greens, mac and cheese, potato salad, candied yams, and dressing were all amazing. The portions are a good size and you could easily share a dinner between 2 people. They even hooked us up with some extras for no additional charge. Highly recommend and we will be back!
Soul food is always a hit or miss. Don’t second guess Ms Kita. The portions are a great size, food is fresh and hot and she’s so friendly and professional.
