See All ReviewsToday, I placed two orders of the combination rice and had a little discrepancy with my food. I called and spoke with Michelle and she was willing to rectify the situation. I really appreciate her willingness to help and how she remained respectful and courteous throughout the call. The mishap was resolved in no time. Everything ended up great.
Came here for dinner and it was ok. The waitress was helpful and professional. I think the restaurant was under staffed because service was a little slow. Food was good and the prices were great. Inside of the restaurant was very spacious and played great korean music. Ordered bingsu, but definitely did not look like the picture.
I called to place a pick up order and the woman on the phone was not very knowledgeable about the menu. When I arrived she was very kind. I ordered a veggie Chowmein and added tofu. The food looked very different from what I expected/saw on the menu. I only saw one tiny peace of carrot and no zucchini even though I ordered extra. Just a bunch of cabbage, and onions. The cook or whoever the worker in the background was, was rude and mentioned that I needed to pay for my food as if I didn’t know that, but not I realize it’s because she wanted me to pay before I looked at it so they could lock in the money. Update: The food did not taste good. $14.06 down the drain.
