So disappointed, we are local- walking distance and eagerly awaited this place for so long! I wanted them to do very well and could if they hired better staff! I’ve been eating kraus’ for my entire life and they will always have my business but it will be another franchise until they decide to listen to people! Please do better!
I wished I could give a good review but I can not. Right from the start it was all bad. We sat in the bar area and then 2 other gentleman came in behind us about 5 minutes later. They got served first. We were ignored.....finally the server came over got our drink orders and appetizer. Our appetizer came with no napkins, plates or silverware. When we asked for some we had already ate our appetizer before they brought it to us. So then we asked for another Beer and was ignored. I had to go up to the bar to get it. My food came out and my husband's did not. I had my food almost gone before my husband ever got his. Just ridiculous. The tables were dirty there were flys buzzing around. Our food was super salty. It was sick. The kitchen staff kept coming out into the bar and conversating with guest and not working, the young teenage runners had there very long hair not pulled back away from the food they were carrying. Just a mess. When we received our bill I handed the server a 100.00 bill and she then turned around and gave it to the cook and went on about her business without cashing me out first. Also dont advertise fresh cut fries and then serve frozen fries. We will not be back. Just unexceptable, and no excuse. Management needs to really step up
What an incredibly disappointing experience. I am still so shocked at how absolutely horrible our meal was. The quality of the food and the value for what you receive leaves room for massive improvement. Definitely not the Kraus' quality we are used to from other locations. Will not try again.
