I visited the area and drove by and saw this place and I wanted to try some Haitian patties. I ordered what I thought was Haitian patties, but that is not what I got. I got this fried dough with hotdog chunks, boiled eggs, and some fried onions and peppers in it. I’ve never heard of Haitian patties with hotdogs and eggs in it. These patties were disgusting. I threw it out, and took a loss on the $20 I spent on 2 patties and a drink. I was informed that what I got is called Pate Kode and not the traditional Haitian patties that I had ordered.
Today from work I ordered lunch legumes white rice and sauce pois. The legumes only had 1 piece of meat and a bone in the middle. It hurts to the core spending my hard earned money like that it's not okay or fair.i am done it's a second time it happened before you only get 2 chance.
CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE. I went there today to get a patty and because I don’t eat red meat, I asked if they can make me a patty with just eggs. Young lady at the front said no, they’re pre-made) I asked if they can make one with just eggs for me, I don’t eat meat; She rudely responded “ well, that’s too bad”. At first, I didn’t believe what I was hearing, I said “excuse me”? She repeated it and walked away. I walked out of there so upset because that’s not how you talk to a customer. I will never step foot in there. Haitians really need to train their staff on good customer service !
