Fire, closed temporarily? Time for a self-funded remodel and facelift? It is pretty bad when the gas station chicken down the street, beats Krispies Fried Chicken. Chicken tastes like dirty grease.
Very nice local hole in the wall spot. Food is allways Great. Make sure you call ahead to avoid waiting.
I stopped eating at this place back in 2009. Back then I worked the night shift. And I was catching the bus to work. It was winter time and there is a bus stop right outside of their business. It was 30 minutes before they were going to close. And approximately 30 minutes before my bus was to arrive. Since it was cold outside, I figured I would order some wings. I could wait inside in the warmth and eat while waiting for my bus. I ordered the last few wings that they had. I sat down facing the window. They immediately proceeded to close for the day. They informed me that they were closed and that I had to leave. I said no, I ordered my food and I am gonna sit here and eat. Well they started turning off all of the lights, locking doors, and the entire family came out and told me that they were closed. They refused to give me a refund and I left and waited outside for my bus. I said that I would never eat there again and I haven't. The entire community needs to stop eating there so that they can go out of business. I am rarely on that side of town anymore. But I am disgusted to see that they are still in business.
