Regardless of whether the food is good or not, I will not come back to this restaurant as your staff is rude. I made the suggestion that the menu online needs to be updated as the pricing is incorrect. I was immediately told there are no menus online. I said, yes there are. Then the young lady to whom I was talking to in the first place said, where did you find us... Google was my response. She said, yes, there are menus there. To which the rude young lady commented again. My final comment was, instead of arguing with me that there are no menus, you should have just listened to me as the menu is how I found you on Google. Then she said she wasn't arguing. My response was, you just said you all don't have menus onlne... Needless to say, she has ruined it for me regardless to whether the food is good.
The best seafood place I’ve ever been to. The crawfish are a great size and are served with a delicious garlic butter sauce. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the waitresses are great. Everything is excellent — highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.
04/16/2026 at 6:40p.m.. I had a bad customer service experience for my first time dine in at this location. The food was great can't complaint about that. But the waitress charge me for an extra drink that I never asked for.. So I told her what was that for & she replied saying Oh its because you asked for two cup of ICE thats why.. I was so disappointed about that! charging for a cup of ice so ridiculous even tho I dine in.. I shouldn't left a tip at all smh next time I won't. So rude there never again I will rather take it to go now. You guys if y'all want to dine in go to the one on Green oaks & 360 location they have better service there. Make sure y'all go through the receipt before paying. PS. Never know what else they are charging you for.
