Jays absolutely has the best chicken wings in Springfield — no question about it! I stopped by recently, and from the moment I walked in, the service was on point. Rooni, the cashier, took exceptional care of me. She was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was prepared exactly the way I like it. It’s rare to find customer service that genuine, and it really made the experience stand out. My chicken wings were cooked perfectly — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. You can tell they take their time to do it right. The fries were just as impressive: hot, crispy, and fresh, not soggy or bland like some other places. Every part of the meal came out high quality.
