I called in to request for Korean Hotpot. The staff there doesn’t seem to understand it and confirm with me on the Korean word she think Korean Hotpot is. I described her that it has lots of soup and lots of vegetables, and spell it out what I searched on Google for the Korean word. She said yes, the Korean word she said has lots of soup and vegetables. Then we got hot and we got Bulgogi, which has all meat, but no soup and no vegetables. Very disappointing. The kimchi tastes really weird and like it went bad. I’ll never come back to this place ever. And you should avoid this place all you can.
I used to enjoy the food here, but the service has gone down and quality of the food seems to have diminished some. Still good to have KTown inside Hmart so I'm not grocery shopping while hungry. Their prices are decent.
