I had the Pad Thai and it was just okay. I've definitely had better. Dessert, however, was pretty good and I thought the prices were decent for the serving sizes. The service was alright. The waitress made sure to keep our waters full, although she never asked us for drink orders after initially asking (when we had been given the menus only a minute prior). She also never came and grabbed the check, which we had sitting on the edge of the table for five minutes with a credit card sticking out of it. Thankfully, one of our party members had enough cash to cover the bill so that we could finally leave.
One of my favorite places to eat in Rockford. I have never had a bad meal. Kumas is quint place and I love the atmosphere. Tonight I tried the Singapore Side Street Noodles. They are slightly spicy. I loved everything about this dish. Again, not a bad meal. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Too bad 5 stars is all we can rate!!
The atmosphere in Kuma's is open and inviting. I had the Beef Bulgogi which was super delicious. The beef was tender and the sauce was a divine experience.
