I have been to this boba location several times (even back when it was still a Kung Fu Tea) and I will admit, I miss when it was still under a name-brand boba shop. I'm afraid I will not be returning after a recent incident. Back when it was Kung Fu Tea, the drinks were incredibly consistent, the service was always on point, the atmosphere felt clean and put-together, and the menu design actually looked professional. Now after several years of occasionally visiting and giving the new re-brand local business a try, me and my family's drinks have either been too milky, or too sweet. The service has always been a gamble; it was the worst when it was under Kung Fu Boba, however I will say the employees I have interacted with recently have been honest and friendly, and I don't mind them being on their phones when there isn't much traffic. The menu now (this is just personal preference) looks incredibly unorganized and unappealing, and I miss the old one. As stated before, I don't think me and my family will be coming back. The last time I ordered from them, I had gotten me and my mother a Wintermelon Green Milk Tea Boba and a Signature Milk Tea Boba. All was well besides the milkiness (I had decided to accept it, I prefer to not make a fuss), until I had found a piece of steel wool in my Wintermelon. I will say, the owners were quick to comp the order, and the employees I talked to on both the phone and in person had handled the situation well, and I heavily appreciate the consideration and understanding on all sides! However, I just think that will be the final straw for me personally. I still have hopes for this business, and it's great that they were able to open a second location. I wish nothing but the best, and I hope to see some improvement in the future. For right now, we will either stick to Snoba over by Parker Square, or travel to DFW for our boba fix.
Edit, Dec '25: I have choice but to lower my review to 2 stars for the same issue as before. Even though ADVERTISED, through menus, and screen menus, the medium size cups are not available. This is borderline "False Advertising", as the management is making NO attempt at all to get the medium sizes back and are "trapping" customers into getting the large, because they're already in the building without being aware. Scummy practices like these will not go unnoticed, and establishments that take advantage of people this way will be highlighted. Edit: Medium sizes no longer available, despite them being on the menu. Will change to 4 stars if this is rectified. Your standard Boba Tea place. The drinks were good, but very normal - nothing new, or "special". Prices are ok, if you've been to any other boba tea place, you won't be shocked by a $5.50 medium sized drink. The atmosphere is really nice. There's lounging chairs, and a really nice waterfall thing kind of decoration. It's a nice "date place". The service was 3-star ok. The lady that took my order was not rude .. but she was not "friendly". I'm ok with that, but some people might find it off putting. The tea and the tapioca were good, no complaints, so if you're looking for authentic boba tea, you won't be disappointed coming here.
Went here as a first timer. All I can say is wow I was stunned with the waterfall art as soon as you walk through the door. Plenty of seating in lobby,they had a cool swing chair in lobby that I was able to relax in upon my drinks being made. I ordered two drinks per recommendation it was the coca cream wow. All I can say is wow I’m a fan of boba smoothies and never did a milk tea and I’m sold now, definitely a new favorite spot when in the area thank you to your team and establishment for a great time quick delivery on drinks and keeping your customers first and making sure we leave pleased.
