Ordered paneer dosa from them so damnn oily nd zero taste worst experience
The front desk female is very sweet. She always greets us with a smile. Great service!!
I had a really disappointing experience with Kuteer Restaurant in Claymont, DE. I ordered one chicken and one goat biryani but received two chicken biryanis instead. When I called to report the mistake, they refused to fix it unless I came back to the store and showed them the food in person — no option to just send a picture as proof. There was no signage or information about this policy anywhere, which felt unfair and inconvenient. After I went back and showed them, they finally admitted their mistake and refunded me, but the whole process was frustrating and showed very poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.
