This was my 2nd time eating here and the food did not disappoint. The cook Carla was so nice. You can taste how much she loves what she does. I’m praying that God blesses them to be in a spot that will allow them to grow and more ppl can experience their food.
I went there the day before Thanksgiving and ordered a cat fish plate and a rib tip plate, with beans and a banana pudding, EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! This reminds me of that good southern cooking, no frills just good quality and quantity food! Holes in the wall low key places are the best!
HIDDEN GEM!!!! I haven’t been able to find a good barbecue restaurant since I’ve been up here. But I found one now. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. I ordered the link and tip combo and a four piece wing with lemon pepper. Best lemon pepper wings I’ve had in years. The link was a chicken andouille sausage and it was great. They had a jalapeño corn bread muffin too🔥🔥. The tips were tender and seasoned well they had great flavor. But that banana pudding ooooooweeee it was homemade and it was the best banana pudding I’ve ever had and my people are from the south. If you haven’t been here, make sure you check this place out.
