The closest you will come to authentic French Cuisine in Southwest Florida.
I've eaten here twice now, and I can say, with confidence, that this tiny, boutique restaurant is head and shoulders above their competition. This last visit fell, unintentionally, within their Happy Hour and what a stellar surprise! $5 apps (tapas) from smoked salmon to quiche to fantastic pomme frites. There were a number of drink specials too, but as a reformed bar fly, I stuck with soda water - Pellegrino? I think. On a final note, it should be noted that this IS the longest serving French restaurant in Naples and I do believe it's the best. If I was forced to choose a single restaurant for the rest of my life, Bazenne would near the top for sure...
Excellent food, but very poor service. We waited forever to order, to get our food and for the check. We waited so long that we estimated to bill and left cash then left after asking for our check 3 times.
