One of the worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant. We walked in around 7:30 pr 7:35 PM. The server created us right away, she took about 15 min to comeback with the drinks we ordered. It took her another 15 min to bring the water we ordered at the same time. There was only 6 tables inside the restaurant. It took another 40 minutes for the food to arrive, and both our plates didn't even come out together. We decided to order dessert when the server bought the second plate. The size of the meal are smaller than before and its overpriced. 20 minutes later we get it, by then my wife was mad at the lack of management and the lack of help in the kitchen. The to go boxes that were bought had a small roach in it.

Terrible experience at La Bodega this past Sunday around 1pm. The place was a complete mess. Only one waitress was working, and she was drowning — service was painfully slow. We had to grab our own menus because no one bothered. The woman at the counter couldn’t even greet us properly; instead, she barked in a rude tone, “What do you want?” Meanwhile, kids were running wild, slamming into our table while staff did nothing. Drinks took forever, food took even longer, and when it finally came, one of the plates had a hair in it. Completely unacceptable. Between the chaos, the attitude, and the unsanitary food, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Miami. Definitely won’t be coming back.

We got aguadito (and it was mega super big bowl of soup!) and pan con chicharrón. Everything was tasty, fast n good service, it was the perfect breakfast.
