I ordered two tacos on flour tortillas and one enchilada, also flour tortilla, both no tomatoes. They brought my food with corn tortillas and tomatoes. I told the mgr I ordered no tomatoes and flour tortillas. He said "No!! You didn't say anything about that!" A few minutes later, he came back saying he sees they messed up my order and offered to remake. He brought back the meal no tomatoes but again, corn tortillas. I asked, if they went through the trouble of remaking my food, why not give me the flour tortillas I asked for? He said "you got what you ordered!!" The food was mediocre, lacked flavor, was very expensive, the seats were very uncomfortable, and the manager was rude and belligerent. I will not be going back to this place.
I ordered two tacos, on flour tortillas and an enchilada, also on a flour tortilla, all no tomatoes. With the limited drink selection, my food and drinks were nearly $26. The food arrived on corn tortillas with tomatoes. I told the guy it wasn't mine. The guy who took my order, I assume the manager because he was bossing everyone around, said it was my order. I told him I ordered flour tortillas and no tomatoes. He snapped at me "no you didn't!, you didn't say that!!" I explained I did, he shouted again, "no!! You didn't" and walked away. A few minutes later, he came back with a printout of my receipt and said he now sees they messed up my order. He offered to remake. When he brought my food back, there were no tomatoes but all was still on corn tortillas. I can't stand corn tortillas. I asked again, why did you remake all this and still put everything on corn tortillas when I keep asking for flour? He said "because that's the only thing we messed up!" Order taker/manager was incredibly rude. He seemed like he was looking to argue and or fight rather than give a paying customer what they ordered and wanted. The food was marginal, nothing special lacked flavor, and was very expensive. To boot, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable. They are so many other restaurants around this one where the food is much better and you don't have to worry about an angry belligerent manager who won't fix your order even when they mess it up. There is no way I'll be going back to that place.
This place is always a favorite. The owner is so kind and welcoming, making sure you have a great experience. The food is excellent - authentic eats in the loop! Plus, the drinks are strong and tasty. I loved the fresh strawberry in the margarita, but all the options are great.
